Converting a PDF to JPG turns each page into an image you can post, message, or drop into a document that does not accept PDFs. A single-page file downloads as one JPG; a multi-page file comes back as a zip with one image per page. - A single-page PDF downloads as one JPG. When there is more than one page, the images are bundled into a zip file with one JPG per page, named by page number so they stay in order.
- Which quality should I choose?
- Screen renders at a moderate resolution for smaller files that look fine on a phone or in a chat. Print renders larger and sharper, which is what you want if the image will be printed or zoomed into — at the cost of a bigger file.
- Can I convert only some pages?
- Yes. Enter a page range such as 1-3, 7 to convert just those pages; leave it blank to convert everything. Up to 50 pages can be converted at once, since each one is rendered in your browser's memory.
- Are my files uploaded?
- No. Each page is drawn and encoded to an image inside your browser, so the PDF never leaves your device. This is why the tool keeps working even if you disconnect after the page has loaded.
