What happens to what you send

Your name, email address and message are sent to feedback@ekaanhub.com and nowhere else. We use them to read your message and reply to it. They are not added to a mailing list, not passed to anyone, and not used for advertising.

The message sits in that mailbox until it has been dealt with, then it is deleted. If you would like your message removed sooner, reply to it and ask — it is one mailbox and we can simply delete it.

You do not need an account to write to us, and you never will. If you would rather not use a form, email feedback@ekaanhub.com directly — it reaches exactly the same place.
